Working it out!

My roomie and I tried a new workout today.  It's called Pure Barre and it put me in a really great mood.  And, as an added bonus I think I'm gonna be sore tomorrow which is good cause it will make me feel like I worked out this week (which I didn't, besides today).  While some of the moves were awkward... squeezing a ball between your thighs while lifting your legs in positions that my legs don't normally go in, I could feel how it was tightening my muscles and hopefully toning my core!


I always love finding new ways to workout!  And can't wait to go back on Tuesday!
